I had two last nights after finishing Cordillera trek. Just after Cordilleras I went for fancy dinner with people from the trek as a compensation for tiredness and I took night bus to Lima together with Simon from France and Kevin from Ireland right that night. So another sleepless night. We went to party hostel as it was last night for Simon too and Kevin was flying to Bolivia. Friday started easy with visit to Choco museum and lot of shopping. I bought couple of gifts and some high quality clothes for me. They were like half price. We went for a beers in the evening on the hostel's roof bar. Started easy with couple of beers, we met some other people and played table football. And then the things broke. We spotted Jagerbomb challenge board with scores for each country and realized that there is no Czech nor Ireland on the list. I ended up burning my last money inviting cute Peruvian girl called Kalica and barman and Kevin also did few. Moving our country within one night to the 4th place with 12 Jagerbombs O_O. All that after 4 sleepless nights. So I fall down at 4 and didn't slept much again.
On Saturday I went with Simon to Larco museum which was very impressing even though I'm not big fun of museums. I realized Peru was one of six independently grown cultures next to ones as Egypt or China. The museum was full of nice demonstrations of how they lived during the years and what items they used. Also impressing was the sex expositions where they showed different sexual motives. In the evening I took a beer with Simon and left for airport around midnight. I was looking for another sleepless night in the airplane but looked forward for being finally home.
That was the end of a great journey, 29 days in Peru with many nice highlights and many new people I met. Full of experience but also tired of traveling with such fast pace. Looking forward for next travels but also enjoying comfort of my home with soft bed, cozy food and warm car :-)
